Rental Free Lease is operated by DCD HOLDING, 1 rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, France (Paris company register 879 997 674). This policy explains the information used by the U.S. website and private landlord workspace.

Information we handle

The free lease builder runs in your browser. Details entered into that form are used to display your draft and are not sent to our servers by the builder. When the workspace is active and you sign in, we handle your email address, authentication data, property details, rent and expense records, uploaded documents, and the messages you send us. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, device and request logs.

Why we use it

We use information to authenticate you, provide the workspace, store and display your records, protect accounts, troubleshoot the service, and respond to requests. We do not use landlord files to train an AI model. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and storage

Vercel hosts the website and provides private document storage when the workspace is active. The workspace is designed to use Supabase for authentication and its database. These providers process information to deliver the service under their own security and privacy terms. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where they operate. The website does not include third-party advertising trackers.

Retention and security

Workspace records remain available while your account is active. We retain limited records afterward when needed for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. We use authenticated access and ownership checks for private records and documents. No online service can promise absolute security; please avoid uploading highly sensitive identity or financial documents unless necessary.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also object to or limit certain processing where applicable. Include the account email and enough information for us to verify the request; do not mail passwords or full payment-card numbers. Applicable state and European laws may provide additional rights.
